Composite geomembrane

Composite geomembrane, also known as composite anti-seepage membrane, is a composite of geotextile and geomembrane. It is an anti-seepage geosynthetic material, which can be divided into one cloth and one membrane

Product Introduction

Composite geomembrane, also known as composite anti-seepage membrane, is a composite of geotextile and geomembrane. It is an anti-seepage geosynthetic material, which can be divided into one cloth and one membrane, two cloths and one membrane or multiple cloths and multiple membranes. It is widely used in channel anti-seepage projects. In recent years, the extensive application and effectiveness of geosynthetics in civil engineering, especially in flood control and rescue projects, have attracted great attention from engineering technicians. For the application technology of geosynthetics, the state has put forward normative technical requirements from the aspects of anti-seepage, anti-filtration, drainage, reinforcement, protection, etc., which has greatly accelerated the promotion and application of new materials.

Features

1. It integrates anti-seepage, anti-filtration and drainage functions, and has isolation and reinforcement functions;
2. It has high composite strength, high peeling strength and high puncture resistance;
3. It has strong drainage capacity, high friction coefficient and small expansion coefficient;
4. It has good aging resistance, wide adaptability to ambient temperature range and stable quality.

Product Usage

1. Geotechnical dams, rockfill dams, masonry dams and roller-compacted concrete dams;
2. Horizontal anti-seepage coverings in front of embankments and dams, and vertical anti-seepage layers in foundations;
3. Tailings dams, dam bodies and reservoir areas of sewage reservoirs; construction cofferdams;
4. Channels, liquid storage tanks (pits, graves); waste dumps;
5. Anti-seepage linings for subways, basements, tunnels and tunnels;
6. Roadbeds of highways, expressways and railways;
7. Salt prevention and control of roadbeds and other foundations;
8. Waterproof layers for expansive soils and collapsible loess; roof leak prevention.

Note 1: When the actual specification (nominal breaking strength) is between the adjacent specifications in the table, the corresponding assessment index is calculated by linear interpolation; when it exceeds the range in the table, the assessment index is determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. Note 2: If the sample is difficult to peel off during the measurement of item 6 or the substrate or film material breaks before the specified peeling strength, it is deemed to meet the requirements. Note 3: The standard value of item 8 is based on design or agreement. Note 4: When the actual breaking strength is lower than the standard strength, the elongation corresponding to the standard strength is not judged as conforming.
