Product Introduction
Pond composite geomembrane is made of polyester filaments through needle punching and consolidation. It is made by the method of polyester filaments forming a net and consolidating, and its fibers are arranged into a three-dimensional structure.
Features
Pond composite geomembrane has excellent heat and light resistance. Even if it is exposed to an environment of nearly 20°C for a short period of time, its performance is almost unchanged. After a large number of tests and practices, it has been proved that polyester long-fiber non-woven geotextile has long-term corrosion resistance to various natural soils, moisture and microorganisms. This product is mainly used for the following features:
1. It can play a permanent isolation role: it can isolate soil layers composed of different components and properties for a long time and prevent mixing; it has frost resistance and the load-bearing requirements required for construction.
2. It has good anti-filtration and anti-corrosion properties: water can penetrate in all directions without accumulating pressure. At the same time, it can prevent soil loss, which is beneficial to stability and anti-corrosion performance.
3. It has reliable drainage performance: due to the fluffiness of its structure, it can effectively control the drainage of the surface of geotechnical engineering.
4. It has good protection performance: due to its good puncture resistance, extensibility and fluffiness, it can effectively protect the waterproof layer from potential mechanical damage.
5. It has reinforcement performance: the fluffiness and high strength improve the overall stability of the project and increase its strength.
Product Usage
Mainly used for filtration of dams and slope protection of water conservancy projects, isolation and anti-seepage of channels; isolation, filtration and drainage of foundations of roads, railways and airport runways; reinforcement and drainage of earth slopes, retaining walls and pavements; soft foundation treatment of port projects, reinforcement and drainage of beach embankments, seaport terminals and breakwaters; polyester filament geotextiles have been widely used in the field of infrastructure construction and are gradually being used in a wider range of fields.

Note 1: When the actual specification (nominal breaking strength) is between the adjacent specifications in the table, the corresponding assessment index is calculated by linear interpolation; when it exceeds the range in the table, the assessment index is determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. Note 2: If the sample is difficult to peel off during the measurement of item 6 or the substrate or film material breaks before the specified peeling strength, it is deemed to meet the requirements. Note 3: The standard value of item 8 is based on design or agreement. Note 4: When the actual breaking strength is lower than the standard strength, the elongation corresponding to the standard strength is not judged as conforming. |
