This product is a semi-rigid product made of high-strength alkali-free glass fibers through internationally advanced warp knitting processes and is made of semi-rigid products through surface coating. It has high tensile strength and low elongation in both directions of both directions, and has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, low cold resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. It is widely used in asphalt pavement, cement pavement and roadbed reinforcement, railway roadbed, dam slope protection, airport runway, sand prevention and control and other engineering projects.
The glass fiber grating is a planar network material made of high-quality reinforced alkali-free glass fiber yarns, which are woven into a substrate using advanced foreign warp knitting machines, and adopts warp knitting orientation structures to make full use of the strength of the yarn in the fabric to improve its mechanical properties, so that it has good tensile strength, tear strength and creep resistance, and is coated with high-quality modified asphalt. It follows the principle of similarity and compatibility, focuses on highlighting its composite properties with asphalt mixture, and fully protects the glass fiber substrate, greatly improving the wear resistance and shear resistance of the substrate, so it can be used for road surface enhancement and resisting road diseases such as cracks and ruts, ending the problem of difficulty in strengthening asphalt pavement.

Features

(1) High tensile strength and low elongation - Glass fiber geogrid is made of glass fiber as raw material, has high resistance to deformation, and has an elongation rate of breaking less than 3%.
(2) No long-term creep - As a reinforcing material, it is extremely important to have the ability to resist deformation under long-term loads, that is, creep resistance. Glass fibers will not creep, which ensures that the product can maintain performance for a long time.
(3) Thermal stability - The melting temperature of glass fiber is above 1000℃, which ensures the stability of glass fiber geogrids to withstand heat during paving operations.
(4) Compatibility with asphalt mixing - The material coated by glass fiber geogrids in the post-treatment process is designed for asphalt mixture. Each fiber is fully coated and has a high compatibility with asphalt, thus ensuring that the glass fiber geogrid will not be isolated from the asphalt mixture in the asphalt layer, but will be firmly combined.
(5) Physical and chemical stability - After coating with special aftertreatment agents, glass fiber geogrids can resist various physical wear and chemical erosion, and can also resist biological erosion and climate change to ensure that their performance is not affected.
(6) Aggregate insertion locks and restrictions - Since the glass fiber geogrid is a mesh structure, the aggregate in asphalt concrete can penetrate it, thus forming a mechanical insertion lock. This restriction hinders the movement of the aggregate, allowing the asphalt mixture to achieve a better compaction state under load, higher load-bearing capacity, better load transfer performance and smaller deformation.

3. Road expansion and renovation projects prevent and control cracks caused by new and old junctions and uneven settlement.
4. Soft soil-based reinforcement treatment is conducive to the consolidation of water in soft soil, effectively inhibiting settlement, uniform stress distribution, and enhancing the overall strength of the roadbed.
5. Shrinkage cracks are generated on the semi-steel base of the newly built road, and reinforcement enhancement prevents pavement cracks caused by the reflection of foundation cracks.
