One-way plastic geogrid is made of polymer extrusion and pressed into thin plates, punched in regular hole mesh, and then stretched longitudinally. In this process, the polymer is in a directional linear state and forms an oblong network-shaped integral structure with uniform distribution and high node strength. This structure has a very high tensile strength and tensile modulus, providing the soil with an ideal force-bearing and diffusion chain system. It has a high tensile strength (>150Mpa), adapted to various soils, and is a reinforced reinforcement material widely used.

Application Description:
One-way stretched geogrid is a high-strength geosynthetic material. It is widely used in dams, tunnels, docks, roads, railways, construction and other fields. It is mainly used in retaining walls, abutments, steep slope projects, etc.; retaining walls and abutments belong to stressed structures, which bear all external loads: active soil pressure, dynamic load on the upper part of the structure, temperature stress, etc. The reinforced materials are under large tension for a long time, and the repeated action of dynamic loads, the molecular structure of the material is fatigued, its performance decays, and accelerates the aging of the grid. To avoid large deformation of the structure due to creep of the reinforced material, a one-way plastic geogrid with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the raw material should be selected.
