Product Introduction

Polyester warp knitted polyester geogrid uses polyester polyester fiber as raw material. It adopts warp knitted directional structure. The warp and weft yarns in the fabric are not bent with each other. The intersections are bound together with high-strength fiber filaments to form a firm connection point, giving full play to its mechanical properties. It has high tensile strength, small elongation, small vertical and horizontal strength difference, resistance to ultraviolet aging, wear and corrosion, light weight, strong interlocking force with soil or gravel, and has a significant effect on enhancing the shear resistance of soil and reinforcing and improving the integrity and load capacity of soil.

Product Usage

1. Used for reinforcement of soft soil roadbeds on roads and railways, effectively improving the strength of the roadbed and delaying reflective cracks on the road.
2. Reinforcement and isolation of embankments and river channels in water conservancy projects, strengthening soft soil foundations, enhancing their protection capabilities, and improving the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.
3. Reinforcement of embankment slopes and retaining walls to enhance overall strength, and reinforcement of soft soil foundations for roads, railways, water conservancy, etc.
4. Railway ballast protection: Due to train vibration and wind and rain, ballast is lost. Geogrids are used to wrap the ballast to prevent ballast loss and improve the stability of the roadbed;
5. Railway retaining wall: Geogrids are used to strengthen retaining walls on the side of the railway, such as platforms and cargo platforms in railway stations, which can extend the service life and reduce maintenance costs;
6. Reinforced retaining wall: Adding geogrids beside the highway and in vertical retaining walls can improve the bearing capacity of the retaining wall;
7. Bridge abutment foundations are generally prone to sinking and jumping. Laying geogrids under the abutment foundation can improve the bearing capacity and stabilize the abutment.
